Removed CB antenna from driver side window. Think I’ll mount something on the right front mirror bracket and run the coax through the mirror mounting hardware. (12/Ø2)

Added 3ØØ-watt inverter for TV/VCR, w/DPDT relay to auto switch when on shore power. (1/Ø3)  (Inverter from Sam’s Club, $29.95)

Cleaned & lubed vent crank in bathroom. (1/Ø3)

Throttle positioner specs: 1 to .9 volts at idle. Found it at 1.1 volts. Corrected to .91 volts.  (Run leaner) (1/Ø3)

EGR feed back specs: .7 to .85 volts at idle. Found it at .58 volts. Corrected to .83 volts.   (More timing advance & less EGR) (1/Ø3)

Generator float cracked and filled with gas. Drained gas and epoxied crack. (1/Ø3)

Found several loose & stripped screws on fender flairs. Added toggle screws, backer material, etc. (1/Ø3)

Adjusted headlights. (Best guess) (1/Ø3)

Looks like both front jacks are leaking at hose fittings. 12 to 18 inch hoses. Should be able to have them made at Apache hose for $25.ØØ ea. Repairs made (4/Ø3)

Modified monitor panel (battery, holding tanks, propane) so LEDs would display brighter. (moved circuit board closer to display windows and added white shrink tubing to LEDs to direct all light to windows) (1/Ø3)  Another idea from Bud W.

Repaired right side heater outlet louver. Engine heat. (1/Ø3)

Added two 12-volt power points to right center of dash for computer/GPS. $6.ØØ (1/Ø3)

Purchased 3 new Michelin tires ($531). Sam’s Club 235 85R/16 12/15/Ø2. Previous owner purchased 3 tires on 6/6/Ø2.   

Installed Baumann Engineering transmission controller. Added OD lockout button and light to left lower corner of dash. Will now be able to set shift points, both up & down, and shift firmness. (3/Ø3)  Removed transmission controller. Couldn’t get it programmed to suit my needs. (5/Ø3)

After much research, I was able to make transmission shift points firmer with two 5ohm 1Øwatt resistors from Radio Shack. $5.ØØ (3/Ø3)

Repaired light in bathroom. Center plastic insulator melted and + lead pulled through hole and touched socket side, resulting in a burned out fuse. (3/Ø3)

Reattached right side of mud flap. 5 pop rivets pulled loose. Used steel rivets instead of aluminum. 3/Ø3)

Installed Pop-A-Plate & Pop-A Napkin holders (3/Ø3)

Installed external GPS antenna on center front of dash. Fabricated mounting bracket from clear lexan. (1/Ø3)

Defeated TV relay, so TV will work with ignition switch on. (3/Ø3)

Cleaned and lubed Brake caliper mounting hardware on all 4 calipers.  (3/Ø3)

Reinstalled all hubcaps with extenders on the rear dual valve stems and aired tires to 8Ø PSI. (3/Ø3)

Closed all water lines and drains. Flushed system with Clorox and water. Flushed out Clorox and filled holding tank. (3/Ø3)

Removed calking from galley roof vent and recalked. Checked all other sealed areas on roof and touched up where necessary. (3/Ø3)

Sealed air leaks in left side of firewall. I.E. Emergency brake cable feed through, 2 electrical feed throughs & a vertical crack between two metal components. (3/Ø3)

Lubed chassis.

Lubed entrance step pivot points with motorcycle chain oil. It is water resistant and goes on thin and sets up like grease. (3/Ø3)

Changed generator oil & filter with Amsoil 15W4Ø & Motocraft FL-4ØØS. Filter is slightly longer for easier removal (3/Ø3)

Added 1 qt. ATF to HWH jack system. (3/Ø3)

Replaced K&N engine air filter with a Motocraft filter. (3/Ø3)

Replaced foam weather stripping for screen door. (3/Ø3)

Installed transfer pump to move gray water into black water tank. Used a 12Ø volt, Little Giant magnetic drive pump because it was free and has no seals to leak. I put a “T” in the 1½” ABS gray water drain line with a reducer bushing to ½” FNPT. I then drilled and tapped a ½” NPT in the black water vent stack and screwed in a plastic poly flow adaptor with glue. All lines are ½” poly flow tubing. Installed a single gang handy box in service compartment with switch and one outlet for pump. (6/Ø3)

Installed a switch in the lower left side of dash to defeat the function of the IAC (idle air control). This should improve engine braking when going down long hills. $2.ØØ  6/Ø3
