Welcome to my feeble attempt at a home page.
"Mashbill" is the grain recipe used to distill whiskey or brew beer. I thought it was an appropriate web name, since my name is Bill and I enjoy American whiskey, beer, and cooking. Also, I was born in Bourbon County (....Kansas..... not Kentucky........).
I am a graduate of Kansas University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Presently I am a project manager for Midwestern consulting engineering firm and I am a registered Professional Engineer in Kansas and Missouri.
