Web Development

www.youthinformation.org
The National Youth Information is a non-profit organization that offers a free, anonymous hotline for teenagers, called the Youth Information Line of Kansas City. This is the site that provides more information about the Youth Information Line; I completely redesigned it using templates from Bernstein Rein Advertising, Inc.

www.apotechnica.com
Apotechnica is a fictitious company created by UMKC's "Team II" in the Spring of 2003 for the Cerner Capstone Design Project. Our team used this site for the presentation of our real product, PharmLynx, which utilizes a database to display pharmaceutical information on a PDA.

www.ryanmain.com
Ryan Main, my brother, composes music at a professional level. Although just beginning to make his way in this field, Ryan has demonstrated tremendous musical talent in his work and throughout his life. He needed a site to get him started:

www.maherhall.com
The Resident Directors at the University of San Diego didn't have a lot of money to spend... or a lot of content. They desired lots of photo galleries, current information, and a look that matched their school colors.

www.fairwaykansas.org
The citizens of Fairway, Kansas needed an organized, functional site. I created a brand new navigational menu, as well as a new look and interactive forms. We even took a day out to take the digital photos!

www.edpeterson.org
Ed Peterson already owned his domain name, but didn't know where to start with the web site for his recent campaign. After seeing his yard signs, I spun off the color theme to create a simple, yet useful site that can be used to address current issues affecting his political career.

Although not actually used (or finished), this flash intro was a fun little project that incorporated music and some radical free-thinking stimulation.

Adamsnet Web Arts
This was a proposal to recreate the original Adamsnet Web Arts web site in Flash. Unfortunately, it was rejected due to budget constraints. However, the idea was fun and it really gave the site a new feel.

Dynamic Displays
Nancy Bass of Dynamic Displays books clients for billboard slots in Kansas City and Branson, Missouri. Every now and again, these clients needed a bit of assistance creating an easy-to-read sign that gets straight to the point.

SQ Talent
Bryan Beets, a talent agent and the owner of SQ Talent, needed a few good illustrations for his new web site. Since he primarily managed rock groups, I focused on the rough and masculine mock-ups. Click below to see the slideshow of all 16 designs.

Mathematics & Physics Institute
Richard Delaware, the Director of the MPI in Independence, Missouri, came to me for a new take on the organization's outdated web site. To everyone's disappointment, the MPI program was discontinued by the Board of Education in 2003. Click below to see a slideshow of all nine designs I created.
