These dogs are in Shelters located in Kansas and Missouri. They have limited time, so if you are interested, please contact the shelter directly.

We will list these dogs for a month, unless we know otherwise. Each will be dated with the day we have been notified.

Important: The following dogs are not part of the ARPH program. All information has been provided by the private individual or group, not affiliated with ARPH, that is the caretaker of the dog. Anyone using this information is responsible for determining whether the information about these dogs is accurate. ARPH has no obligation, responsibility or liability with respect to the adoption and placement of the dog. These dogs are merely being listed by ARPH on this page as a service in the hope of aiding with their placement and avoiding unnecessary euthanasia.

Adopting A Friend

Adoption/Visiting Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11:000 am- 5:00 pm., Wednesday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm 11:00 am-3:00 pm - Sat,

Adoption Fees: Kittens/Cats $85.00, Puppies/Adult dogs $95.00

All animals are spayed/neutered, given one set of shots, micro-chipped and wormed before leaving the shelter. Dogs are heartworm tested. Cats are Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids tested.

How to get here: We are located off Truman Road less than a quarter of a mile east of the M291 and Truman Road intersection in Independence, MO.

Hurry!! We evaluated this guy and he was very sweet but is a little overwhelmed at the shelter. He's not very old - maybe a year and is medium sized and has prick ears and a docked tail. Please help save a life today.
