The Original Sin of Man was Heterosexual Body Birth that resulted in all the Dysfunctional Lifestyles we have had on Earth for the past 6000 years. Adam and Eve 'fell' from Asexual High Tech Pure-bred Birth by which they were made, to Misbred Genetic Heterosexual Body Birth by which their children were made. Our High Tech Ancestors (HTA) from Space Colonized Earth, and set up the Original Asexual Colony, and this 'Original' Colony fell to the 'Original' Sin of Body Birth, and this is still going on as Man lost this High Tech Birth knowledge after the Fall. Our HTA removed their High Tech Center from the Garden of Eden, but return from time to time. Our HTA are the Higher 'Beings', Man Gods and Angels of religion and myth. The One True God of the Hydrogen Atom Universes, is the Source Of Life (SOL) and the Electro-Magnetic Force (EMF), is the 'One God' of religion that no one has ever seen, and is the source of the Big Bang of science. After the Fall, Man had to go through the cycles of birth, death, and rebirth, until the fullness of time. The rise and fall of Nations began, a result of the cycles, and all the problems of Earth were caused by Body Birth/Human Bondage. Today we have many talk shows on radio and TV, and The Jerry Springer Show has the ultimate of how dysfunction we have become during the present sexual revolution, and our Population explosion of 6 billion dysfunctional people in 1999, who have made enough nuclear bombs to blow up many Planets like Earth.

K.C. STAR, 3/16/19'86'. "The end of the Sexual Revolution" By Susan Ager. "How long ago it seems, those days of wild abandon: see-through blouses, topless bathing suits, open marriages, nakedness in the mud at Woodstock, "The Last Tango in Paris". Today, "If it feels good, do it" and "Love the one you're with" - the tallyhos of the sexual revolution have been replaced by "Know your partner" and "Be careful". In the '60s, if you caught something, an injection would fix it. Now, people have learned that some diseases are forever. Sex can kill. In the '60s, people expected to grow richer and better and happier. They tossed away sexual taboos with gusto. They were free! Now, barely 20 years later, people are working harder than ever to stay in place financially. Who has time or energy for sex anymore? No one challenges the value of intimacy, the buzzword of the 1980s. But the signs are that, even wrapped in the warm glow of affection, sex isn't what it used to be. For singles, intimacy with strangers is dancing in the dark. Is he bisexual? Can I get AIDS from doing this? Who's she been with? If I give him herpes, will he still love me? Is he telling me the truth? Should I tell her? For many two-career couples, especially those with children, good sex is for special occasions. On other days, it's the last thing before blissful sleep, tucked quickly between the brushing of teeth and the snoring. Seduced by success, men and especially women are finding psychic fulfillment in board rooms rather than physical fulfillment in bedrooms.

"Taunted by media images of passion - sleek and dramatic and totally fulfilling - many singles and spouses conclude that they can't keep up. And for many, sex has simply become more trouble than it's worth. "When I started work in this field (16 years ago), there was an extreme enthusiasm and a looking for more pleasure, to get more out of sex", said psychologist Sallie Schumacher, president of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists. "There still is that - even to an unrealistic degree - but many people are just backing away, with the attitude of 'What's the use?' People are a little bit let down". Each month, women's magazines run sizzling advertisements for Calvin Klein underwear or Paco Rabanne that suggest lives spilling over with passion. But next to them are stories headlined "Rx for Tired Sex", "Why I'm Sick of Sex" and "How to Have Great Sex - TRY!" When Ann Landers asked women whether they preferred tenderness or "the act", three-quarters of the 100,000 who answered chose tenderness. "Glamour magazine interviewed women who said they worried more last year than ever about sexually transmitted diseases. And 40 percent of the 800 women the magazine talked to said they used no contraception, presumably because available methods are dangerous, undependable or annoying. - Everyone agrees the revolution ended even before herpes, and ultimately AIDS, dealt the death blow to casual sex. -

"The end of innocence about sex was the publication in 1948 and 1953 by biologist Alfred Kinsey's report on the sexual behavior of 10,000 men and women. "Nobody could figure out why Kinsey's books were best sellers", Mr. Zilbergeld said. "They were so dry and had all these tables in them. But what everybody was doing was looking at the tables. For the first time, you could find out how you were doing. Am I having sex as much as everybody else? That was the beginning of standards". As a result, sex was yanked from the privacy of the bedroom and thrust into the public domain.. Most of the pressure landed on those who were truly disinterested in sex - not uncommon or unhealthy - or those who fell below average and were eager to rank higher. - Mr. Zilbergeld said, "Before, sexual pleasure was not something you expected in a marriage. The idea that that's where you would have great sex would have been a foreign idea to people even 100 years ago. But now we expect a jogging partner, a confidante, a best friend and incredible sex. Nature didn't know about this and didn't make any plans. We've gotten the idea in sex that there shouldn't have to be any tricks. But you use tricks in every relationship. You develop ways, for example, of not seeing that fat on your spouse or not being bothered by it. You can say that's a trick and it's phony. So it is. But it's also real life".

"More young women are having sex" Atlanta - "Premarital sexual activity among adolescent females has accelerated during the last two decades - with a sharp jump since 1985, federal health officials reported Friday. By 1988, 51.5 percent of females ages 15 to 19 said that they had engaged in premarital sex by their late teens, which is nearly double the 28.6 percent reported in 1970, according to a new survey conducted by the Centers for Disease Control. "Among the 9 million adolescent women in 1988, almost 4.9 million (52 percent) may have had premarital sexual intercourse", the centers said. Further, from 1985 through 1988, the proportion of teen-age women reporting sexual activity increased 7.4 points, or approximately one-third of the increase among adolescent women reported for the entire period surveyed, 1970-1988, health officials said. This occurred after 15 years of a steady decline in the rate of increase, the agency said. Officials said they had long been aware of the trend of increasing sexual activity among teen-age girls, but were surprised at the leap since 1985. - The largest relative increase occurred among those 15 years of age. In 1970, only 4.6 percent of 15-year-olds said that they had had premarital sex, compared with 25.6 percent in 1988. For 18-year-olds, the increase was from 39.4 percent in 1970 to 69.5 percent in 1988, the health officials said. For 19-year-olds, the figures were 48.2 percent in 1970 to 75.3 percent in 1988, the centers said."

When are they going to have a report on how many males had premarital sex by their late teens? Who did they have sex with? Is the report only for how many 'good' girls had premarital sex? If teen-age males had premarital sex in 1970 and only 25% of the females did, some females had to be busy, as I am sure there were more than 25% of the teen-age males in 1970 that had premarital sex. Did the males use male prostitutes? Maybe both sexes had sex with older people. These surveys do not make sense, as I am sure they were made about the Heterosexual practices and if 25% of females had premarital sex, then only 25 % of males did. Correct? If not who are the females and males that would fall into the count of the teen-agers? All these sexual practices are with someone else's sister or brother, but they usually only get upset if it is their sister or brother, mother or father, or husband or wife. All these sex rules are so hypocritical, and especially for the female. Heterosexual Body Birth was the Original Sin of Asexual Man, and we are all born in Body Birth/Original Sin, and the only Way for the female to reproduce if the male plants the seed. The only Way to receive the Higher Nature of Pure-bred Humans is to be born by Asexual High Tech, or to be regenerated by High Tech like Jesus was, by our HTA, before they took him with them into Space. Jesus is Alive, and did not die and go to Heaven/Space.

Many people today are retaining some of the High Tech Lifestyle of no sex, and are responding to it, but wonder if something is wrong with them. No one considers how many monks/nuns, religious brothers/sisters, practice celibacy/asexuality, as they think they do it for religion, but this knowledge is in their genetics and they go to where the Lifestyle is more comfortable. That is not the Lifestyle of our HTA Asexual Society lives. We need to teach that Asexuality is normal. A High Tech Asexual reproduction Society, that makes All Equal brothers/sisters, is the type of Physical Humans we are descendent from, and surely it is time to see what results Heterosexual Body Birth does to the Life on a Planet. Today, We have the technology to return to High Tech Asexual Birth with Physical Eternal Life. Planet Earth is a Spaceship with All the Resources aboard, and should be Shared Equally with All Passengers, like in a spaceship.

I am a female, 40-plus years of age, and I've been wondering if something is wrong with me. I have never been interested in sex and am still not interested. I have fantasized about a few attractive men I've met, but I've never had any interest in the real thing, although "the real thing" has been offered. I do want companionship, however, plus some cuddling and a man with whom to share my life. I am an outgoing person, well-liked by friends and colleagues, college-educated and normal in every other way. I know I am heterosexual because the alternative doesn't interest me. Am I asexual? Am I a freak? Are there others like me? I wonder if it's hormonal or biochemical. Ann, I doubt many of your readers are interested in this, but I'd like to know if there is anything I can do about it. - Anonymous in Calif."

"Dear Anonymous: I am not qualified to diagnose your problem, but I can give you an opinion based on what I have learned from my readers. Some normal people have very little interest in sex. Reasons for this vary. Some grew up in "cold" families where there was no hugging or kissing. Some were abused. Others were afraid to show emotion because it was considered a sign of weakness. Still others were fearful of being rejected. And of course, there is a strong possibility that your problem is hormonal count. Also, make an appointment with a therapist, who will evaluate your emotional health. It may be that if you loosen up, you will be more receptive to something which is missing in your life. I hope so."

K.C. STAR, 12/1/97. "Only Christ was without sin" By Billy Graham. "Q. What exactly does God expect of us, as far as our behavior is concerned? I have heard that he expects us to be perfect, but if that is the case then I doubt if anyone measures up, do they? - V.G."

"A. You are right on both counts: God's standard is perfection - and no, not one of us measures up to that standard. As the Bible says, "There is no one righteous, not even one" (Romans 3:10). That is why it is impossible for us to be saved by our own good works - for no matter how good we are, we can never be good enough. Many people misunderstand this, and hope that if they live a good life God will somehow reward them with salvation. God is holy and perfect, and even our best efforts fall short of his standard. Does that mean there is no hope? Yes - if we depend only on ourselves. God has opened up another way! God has done for us what we could never do for ourselves, by providing us with a way to be completely forgiven and cleansed of our sins. He has done this by sending his son, Jesus Christ, into the world to be the final and perfect sacrifice for our sins. Christ was without sin - but on the cross he took upon himself your sins and mine. You and I deserve to die for our sins, but Christ died in our place. Now, through faith in him and what he has done, we can be forgiven. Reach out and trust Christ alone for your salvation. God's promise is true; "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

What is this 'Eternal Life' that is taught about in religion? Is it in a Physical body or Spiritual? If Spiritual, what has it to do with Physical Life? Did Jesus go to Heaven in a Spiritual Body? or a Physical Body. In the End Times at Judgement Day, will the people made Alive to be saved, go to Heaven in a Physical Body like Jesus did, or in a Spiritual Body? Where did the teaching come from that you die and go to Heaven? The only people recorded in the Bible that went to Heaven, Enoch, Elijah, and Jesus, went in a Physical Body. When our HTA colonized Earth, they were in perfect physical pure-bred bodies that live forever because of High Tech. Does Jesus Christ return in a physical body and set up the Kingdom of God/Life on Earth? Forever or until Judgement Day? When did the teachings begin that you die and go to Heaven and will be resurrected into a physical body at Judgement Day to be judged if you can go to Heaven? Mistranslations of Scriptures in all religions need a High Tech understanding to understand the Bible is the Code Book for the Colonization of Earth, the Fall of the first colony to Body Birth (Original Sin), the Noah/Atlantis Planetary Flood, Jesus' physical ascension into Space, and the coming physical Judgement Day of Man's Caretaking of Planet Earth. All are born in sin (body birth) and the new birth will be correcting Fallen Bodies to Physical Pure-bred High Tech bodies, not Spiritual. Is there Life after Death? If there is another dimension of Spirit, we will find out later but Life on Earth is Physical. We need to look forward and 'know' there is Eternal Physical Life after Birth.

The Gospel Truth. 1 John 1:8. "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us."

Has the sacrifice on the Cross freed Man from Original Sin? How can the shedding of blood, by circumcision or a man or animal sacrifice, overcome Heterosexual Body Birth? When Man understands that Original Sin 'was' Heterosexual Body Birth, we can see we are not freed from it by any blood sacrifice. Jesus was to show us, that you go to Heaven Alive, in a regenerated Asexual Physical Body. The Literal Truth to accept, is that Jesus showed that you do not die and go to Heaven, but that there is Eternal Physical Life. Our HTA have Eternal Physical Life, controlled by High Tech. They are all Asexual and are a Caretaker Species of Life on Planets. If they acknowledge a 'God', their 'God' is the One God of the Hydrogen Atom, the Source Of Life (SOL), and they serve this SOL with Balanced Elements. Our HTA are the Physical Caretaker Species, not the Killer Species we became with Body Birth. We can be freed from Human Bondage, by returning to High Tech Birth, and stopping the seed of the male in Body Birth. The Man Gods in fiery chariots, can now be understood since we also have High Tech spaceships. Since the Planetary Flood, Man did not have this knowledge, and writings about High Tech happenings were called Supernatural. The Literal Truth to accept is that there was High Tech on Earth, two times before the present, at the Colonization of Earth, and in the Noah/Atlantis Society that caused Planetary Flood.

Our HTA's Society has Asexual High Tech Birth, and all are Equal. They were reproduced by High Tech, and their bodies are genetically altered. They were not supposed to breed by body. The bone is removed from the male's member, and the female's member is sealed over, as their bodies are today before reproduction sex. This change is in our genetics, it did not evolve through millions of years, but was done by High Tech. For years we have had male and female circumcision, but no one is born with these traits as it would have to be changed in the genetic code. The main reason of circumcision, is to impede the stimulation for sex lust.

"Ban on female circumcision upheld" Cairo, Egypt - Ending a long battle between Islamic fundamentalists and human rights groups, Egypt's high court Sunday upheld a Health Ministry decision banning government certified doctors and health workers from performing female circumcision. Under the new ruling, doctors and health workers who perform the procedure, referred to by critics as genital mutilation, face three years in prison, and hospitals risk closure. The court decision cannot be appealed. The proponents of female circumcision, including some clerics, argue that the surgery is a requirement of Islam. But that is disputed by many Muslim scholars, and the clerics have never provided strong evidence to support their claim. - An exception could be made if a gynecologist approved the surgery for health reasons. - The surgery, typically performed on girls before puberty, ranges from cutting the tip of the clitoris to removing all external genitals. Many in Egypt - and other parts of Africa - follow the tradition on the grounds that it promotes cleanliness and curbs a girl's sexual appetite. - An estimated 70 percent to 90 percent of Egyptian women are believed to be circumcised."

"Doctors urged to learn about female-circumcision issues" Washington - "Nawal Nour's Clinic rings with different languages, as women from Somalia, Ethiopia and Sudan flock to see the Boston gynecologist and obstetrician. Many are hunting a doctor who will not flinch or interrogate them - because they have undergone a procedure very few American doctors have ever seen: female circumcision. Or, as critics call it female genital mutilation. Female circumcision is a cultural practice in parts of Africa and the Middle East that involves cutting a woman's genitals, usually before puberty. It can range from clipping or burning the clitoris, to cutting off all the external genitals and sewing the remnant tissue to leave but a tiny opening. It is quite a shock the first time a U.S. doctor sees one of these cases. Women complain of leaving doctors who upset or embarrassed them with: "Oh, you've been scarred!" or "How did this happen? Who did this?" First reactions aside, many doctors also do not know what care women may need for complications such as severe pain, infections or difficult childbirth, says Nour, who runs and African women's health clinic at Brigham and Women's Hospital. About 130 million women and girls worldwide are estimated to have undergone the ritual cutting, and the last time U.S. officials counted - in 1990 - they estimated 168,000 had moved to this country. Those numbers "are a gross underestimation", Nour says. She says a rapid rise in immigration means more American doctors need to know how to care for those women. -

"Regardless of the situation abroad, the women who move here need medical care. Some seek merely routine gynecologic care without condemnation of a ritual they accept. If they do not consider themselves mutilated, Nour warns, the actual terms doctors use become important in establishing trust. - Consider a pregnant woman who has been infibulated - the most severe circumcision, which leaves only a tiny vaginal opening. Corrective surgery widens that opening so she does not suffer a terrible tear during labor. It is not hard, says Nour, who wrote step-by-step instructions, but the scar intimidates some doctors into thinking such women's only option is a Caesarean section. Some women want surgery to improve quality of life. Nour says, citing a newly married couple who sought her help because sex was so difficult. Others will be insulted if such surgery is offered unasked, she says."

Adam and Eve had no parents. They had this altered type of physical body, as we do today. This body can be reproduced by Asexual High Tech or by Heterosexual Body Birth. High Tech Bodies do not have Body Birth genetic imperfections and birth damage. The Asexual Higher Nature of Reproduction gives Selfhood, Equality, Peace, Sharing, Balanced Elements, and Eternal Life; the Body Birth Lower Nature gives Selfish, Inequality, Greed, Killing and War, Unbalanced Elements, and Death. The Literal Truth to accept is that We are all born in Original Sin. Lucifer, or the Snake, or the Male member, convinced Eve that they did not have to follow this Body Birth restriction, and that they would not Die if they disobeyed. Adam and Eve did reproduce by Body Birth, and became the first Dysfunctional Family. The sex act caused man and woman to lose their Selfhood, and woman also lost her Equality. She was subjected to man and had to bear the child in pain. The man had to toil to make the food. Body Birth made Cain the first killer when he killed his brother Abel, and Death started on Earth. Even if a woman can reproduce a good body, there can be Birth damage, genetic defects, and death to the woman or child during the birthing. No one can escape the genetic flaws of Body Birth. Does anyone know where all their genetic codes come from? The Wages of Sin 'is' Death. Love is Sharing all things 'in common' like Jesus taught. Materialism/Capitalism, pits Brother/Sister against their Brother/Sister of Life.

K.C. STAR, 11/29/97. "Q & A" "Love can make 'peace on Earth' more than a holiday Lyric" "Q. What do you think is the key to world peace? Surely everyone wants peace, but it seems like all we hear about in the news is violence and war. Do you think if we just had more love we could change the world? - C.J."

"A. The Rev. Billy Graham: We could change the world if everyone had more love - but where will that kind of love come from? No matter how hard we try, we never seem to have the moral and spiritual power we need to become a better, more loving world. What is the real problem? The problem is within each one of us - within our own hearts and minds. Although we don't like to admit it, there is something very wrong with the human heart. By nature, we are selfish and greedy, seeking only what we want for ourselves instead of working for the good of others. As the Bible says, "What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet. You quarrel and fight " (James 4:1-2). This is true with individuals, and it is true with nations. But why are we this way? The reason is because we have become separated from God, our creator. The human race has rebelled against him, and in casting him off we have also cast aside his way of peace and harmony. The key to peace is to turn back to God. We can, because Jesus Christ came into the world to reconcile us to God, and to each other. Have you discovered God's peace for yourself? You can, by giving your life to Christ and finding the peace and new life he alone brings."

"A. The Rev. David O. Shipley, Sr., pastor, Second Baptist Church of Kansas City: Love has been described as the greatest force in the world. The thought of love is written into the very core of our being. We see it symbolized in families and friends in the openness to one another and even to those not even known. "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). If this kind of love was practiced in our world, it would reveal the real beauty of God's magnificent universe. Paul gives us a practical formula - "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind and your neighbor as yourself" (Luke 10:27). Leo Tolstoy, a great Russian pacifist writer, spent a major part of his life seeking answers to many questions such as - "What is good and evil? What is right and wrong? What is pure? Mahatma Gandhi caught the spirit of this concept of passive resistance from Tolstoy. It was this same concept Martin Luther King, Jr., adopted from Gandhi. If we all had the same understanding of the meaning of love; perhaps, there could be universal peace. However, this is not the case. There are various views of love like romantic love, nurturing love, addictive love and abusive love. Perhaps these are distortions of love, but accepted by many throughout the world bringing about jealousy, strife and sin. How different the world would be if everyone truly loved and accepted. This love can begin first with oneself. We only learn this love by praying and living according to God's word. If each of us would light our candle of love demonstrating to the world our unity of purpose, spirit of obedience and our dream of hope, our world would definitely be a better place in which to live."

Chuck Stanford, founder, Mindfulness Meditation Foundation, a nonprofit Buddhist Organization: I agree that everyone wants peace in the world, but the irony is that we forget that each of us has the potential to experience peace and happiness in every moment. The practice of Buddhism is involved with working with the mind to achieve peace, love and compassion. I believe that is only through this internal transformation that world peace will be achieved. After all, doesn't world peace begin with how we relate to ourselves? To our families? To our community? The famous Zen master and poet, Thich Nhat Hanh, in his book 'Being Peace', said: "If we are not happy, if we are not peaceful, we cannot share peace and happiness with others, even those we love, those who live under the same roof. If we are peaceful, if we are happy, we can smile and blossom like a flower, and everyone in our family, our entire society, will benefit from our peace. When we act in a loving and compassionate way our actions spread out like the ripples on a pond touching everyone and everything. This may be hard to believe, but this has actually been proven in an area of mathematics called "Chaos Theory". In fact it is said that the flutter of a butterfly wings in China can actually effect the weather in New York City. If that is true just imagine the effect if each of us acts in a loving and compassionate way to one another. I once was present when someone asked the Dalai Lama what actions can one person take to help achieve world peace. I think those who were present were expecting an answer about taking political action. However, his simple answer has profound truth. He simply said: "you can begin by developing peace in your own heart". One liberated person can teach so many other - so clearly the path to world peace is dependent upon the inner transformation of each of us."

The Literal Truth is that The Tree of the Knowledge of Good is Asexual High Tech Birth, and Evil is Heterosexual Body Birth. For Humans, a High Tech Asexual Birth Society, like Adam and Eve were originally the Good, the Caretaker Species of Atom Physical Life. A Heterosexual Body Birth Society like Cain, Abel, Seth, and the rest of us, is Evil and is the Killer Species of Atom Physical Life. Adam and Eve were told not to eat of the fruit of the tree. This may have been mistranslated, and eat of the knowledge of good and evil could have meant, experience the knowledge of the Good Caretaker Lifestyle of Balanced Life Element, or experience the knowledge of the Evil Killer Lifestyle of Unbalanced Life Element. Christ/Good is Balanced Elements and Eternal Physical Life, Anti-Christ/Evil is Unbalanced Elements and Physical Death.

K.C. STAR, 9/4/98. "Lower maternal death rate an elusive goal" By Russ Bynum. Atlanta - "The rate at which American women die from pregnancy and childbirth complications hasn't budged in 15 years. Every year from 1982 to 1996, maternal deaths occurred at a rate of seven or eight per 100,000 live births, the Centers per 100,000 live births, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported Thursday. It said half of all such deaths are preventable. Like infant mortality, maternal deaths are used as a measure of a country's overall health. In some developing nations, maternal death rates are as high as 1,700 per 100,000 births. In other countries, including Norway and Switzerland, maternal deaths occur at about half the U.S. rate. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said the United States probably will fall short of its goal of 3.3 maternal deaths per 100,000 births by 2000. - The agency identified maternal deaths by looking at death certificates. However, researchers said such deaths are underreported, and the real rates could be three times higher. More than half of maternal deaths are caused by bleeding, infection, pregnancy-induced high blood pressure and tubal pregnancies - complications that can be prevented or treated with early diagnosis, the agency said. (The death rate is higher for black women.)"

"Imagine that Lilith, not Eve, was the first woman, and that she and Adam were equals. Or imagine the daughters of Zelophehad bravely asking God for their own place in the Promised Land. Following an ancient rabbinic tradition of seeking to flesh out the lives of biblical figures, an Indianapolis rabbi - one of the first women to be ordained - has written a book that gives new life to these and other women mentioned only briefly in the Bible. "We are responsible for the stories we tell, and the stories we don't tell", said Rabbi Sandy Eisenberg Sasso, author of "But God Remembered: Stories of Women From Creation to the Promised Land". - For example, the figure of Lilith comes from the rabbinic interpretation of Genesis 1:27, where it says, "God created man and woman in the divine image", an earlier account than the one where God makes Eve from Adam's rib. In the rabbinic legend, the first woman becomes a demoness, Sasso said. In her account, Adam and Lilith argue, but share responsibility for their estrangement. While Adam goes on to be with Eve, Sasso writes, "God remembered Lilith and God named the night after her. ... Some say Lilith stretches the night sky over all God's creation. She spreads a canopy of stars to light the dark and calls each star by name." - She (Sandy) said in an interview that she takes the biblical text seriously. At the same time, she said, modern interpreters have permission to amplify the text, to let it speak to a new generation."

"Devil, in later Hebrew and in Christian belief, the supreme spirit of evil who for immeasurable time has ruled over a kingdom of evil spirits and is in constant opposition to God. The belief in such a spirit developed very gradually in Hebrew theology and was affected by extranational influences. There is no indication in the Scriptures that the Hebrews who lived in the period before the Babylonian captivity had any concept of evil spirits as beings separated from God, evil in essence and act. 'Moral' evil was regarded as, properly, the act of man; 'physical' evil or misfortune, on the other hand, was interpreted as of divine origin, a punishment for sin inflicted by a just and holy God who logically became the source of all calamity. The angels of scripture or tradition, who foretold and executed God's will, were considered the instruments of physical, never of 'moral' evil. The concept of an angel capable of moral evil first occurs after the Hebrew contact with Babylonian demonism, when there appears for the first time an angel called Satan, who, however still figures as a minister of God and, along with the other angels, appears in heaven before the throne of Jehovah, but with the function assigned to him of accuser and seducer. In the Apocrypha, which reveals both Chaldaico-Persian and Egypto-Alexandrian influence influences, the older Hebrew doctrine of misfortune coming from the angel of Jehovah disappears, and demons or evil spirits are for the first time mentioned as the authors of calamities.

"According to these writings, the evil spirits dwell in waste places and sometimes band together for the injury or destruction of men, enter into them as tormentors, and can be expelled only by magical or mysterious means. The heathen deities were relegated to this class of beings. The first mention of the Devil proper as a force opposed to life occurs in the Old Testament Book of Wisdom (2:24) in relation to the seduction of Eve, where it is said that through the Devil the necessity of death has come into the world. During the period immediately preceding the appearance of Jesus, the Hebrew concept of angels as well as of demons and the Devil was modified and influenced by Persian Zoroastrianism. The idea of spiritual hierarchies and orders, and the names of specific spirits and demons, such as Asmodeus (Heb. Ashmadai) in the Book of Tobias, are drawn from the Persian system. According to Zoroastrian belief, the evil power was supposed to have existed from the beginning of the world but to be destined to eventual defeat. Later Hebrew belief represented the Devil and his demons as having been originally angels who had fallen from their "high estate", had been punished by God, and had therefore assumed a position of hostility, without, however, being able materially to frustrate the divine purposes.

The primitive Church assumed the existence of the Devil as an unquestionable fact. Holding firmly to the belief of a satanic kingdom of darkness opposed to Christ's kingdom of light, the majority of the early Christians ascribed all evil, physical as well as moral, to the Devil and his demons: failures of crop, sterility, pestilence, heresies, individual vices, and the whole body of heathenism with its mythology and religious worship. The heathen gods were believed to have been conquered by the work of Christ but not rendered wholly powerless; they were degraded into demons, and so a part of their mythology passed into the doctrine of the Devil.

"The doctrine of the lordship of the Devil over the human race, insofar as man was unregenerate, gave rise to the custom of exorcising, not only those in whom special signs of demonical possession appeared, but all candidates for baptism, whether infants or adults. But while the power of the Devil over all not guarded by the Christian faith and rites was supreme, over those who were so protected it was utterly weak. No Christian, even the weakest could be forced to do evil; the sign of the cross was sufficient to rout Satan. During the Middle Ages theologians speculated as to the reason for the fall of Satan. Some held that he was originally the highest of all angels; others that he was a prince in one of the lower orders. Pride was usually assigned as the reason for the revolt which led to his fall. The general theological speculations on the subject form the basis of the theme and narrative of John Milton's 'Paradise Lost'."

The Hebrew for 'enemy' or 'adversary' used in the Old Testament as a common noun, but personified as Satan in the New Testament as the name of the Devil, the enemy of God and of mankind. Originally one of the angels, he led a rebel band against God. They were defeated by St. Michael and expelled from Heaven before the Creation. Satan was permitted by God to test the faith of Job. He also assailed Jesus. Other names for Satan are Beelzebub and Belial."

"A. There are some clues in the Scripture as to the origin of Satan and the reason for his ejection from heaven. One of them is Isaiah 14, where Satan is called Lucifer, and these words appear: "How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground - mighty though you were against the nations of the world. For you said to yourself ...'I will climb to the highest heavens, and be like the Most High'." It's evident then that pride was one cause of Lucifer's fall. Your question also might be asked about the forces of evil that Satan has unleashed in the world. Why doesn't God stop them? Some day He will, but the answer is simply that now His plan calls for man's self-determination. The door of salvation was opened at the expense of the death of God's Son, and now humanity can make its choice. If they refuse the Christ of Calvary, they will fall even as Satan did. God's omnipotence would have bordered on the arbitrary if it obliged His creation to honor and serve Him. To be sure, where choice is given there is always the chance for disobedience, but when it happens, God is not to blame."

"Satan Very Real to the Church" Vatican City - "The Roman Catholic Church today reaffirmed its conviction that Satan lives in fact, not fantasy, but warned against a 'morbid fascination" with devils. In a special study commissioned by its top doctrinal body, the Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, the Vatican denied that the Devil is just the personification or dramatization of evil. The Sacred Congregation study expressed "unease" over current disbelief in the Devil and said: "It would be a deadly mistake to behave as if the redemption had already completed its work. "Satan, whom Jesus ... met in the desert and during his Passion, cannot be the mere product of man's tendency to storify and personify his ideas. Nor can he be the aberrant leftover of a primitive cultural language"."

K.C. STAR or TIMES, 19'75'. "My Answer" By Billy Graham. "Q. I'm 17 years old and somewhat puzzled about the devil. When things go wrong, you say God is not responsible. Does this mean the devil has power equal to God?

"A. Let me answer directly by saying the devil certainly does not have the ultimate or all-pervasive power that God has. Yes, he is called the "god of this world", and yes, he has the ability to tempt (John 12:31), to blind our eyes (2 Corinthians 4:4), and to deceive (John 8:44). However, the sphere of his control is limited and temporal. Jesus said on the cross, "It is finished". That meant He was the conqueror of death and hell, and hence superior to the devil. The Scripture expressly says, "Greater is he that is within you (Christ), than he that is in the world" (Satan). Furthermore, whatever power Satan has now will in the future be removed. That's Revelation 20:10. So take heart, face the future without fear or worry! This state of war and fear and hate and poverty will one day be over. "Lucifer, Belial, Beelzebub, the Prince of Darkness, the Fiend - by whatever name the devil has been busy since the beginning of time. In 'The Origin of Satan, scholar Elaine Pagels traces his evolution from a member of God's team to his No.1 adversary in a cosmic struggle between Good and Evil. The book transcends mere academic interest because it addresses the most destructive trait of our species: the tendency to 'demonize' anyone who is different from "us". - Satan makes few appearances in the Old Testament, and when he does he functions more as a messenger of God - "a roving intelligence agent" - than an opponent, according to Pagels. For instance, he confers with God and gets permission to test Job. Satan becomes more contrary in books of the Bible that deal with factions within Israel. There he's identified with "the opposition", such as Jews who favored assimilation into the dominant culture. Pagels sees Satan really coming into his own with the rise of Christianity. Trying aggressively to win converts and facing persecution. Christians began accusing anyone who didn't accept Jesus as the Messiah of being possessed by Satan. This fueled intolerance and the tendency to identify non-believers as enemies, Pagels writes. It may partly explain why Christians have sometimes failed to follow Jesus' revolutionary message to "love you enemy". -

He "defines negatively what we think of as human". In demonizing others, we deny our common humanity, poison our own hearts and invent frivolous excuses for conflict. We ought to spend more energy identifying the potential for evil in 'ourselves'."

I think of evil as simply an impersonal force or the absence of good, and the idea of the devil is just a myth to explain evil. - K.R."

"A. The Bible is very clear: Satan has a real personality, and he is active and constantly at work to block God's will. How else can you explain the terrible evils we have seen during our century? How else will you explain the reality of evil? At one time (the Bible tells us), Satan was one of God's angels, a spiritual being created (like all the other angels) to do God's will. But somehow, in a way we will never fully understand, Satan rebelled against God, seeking instead to take God's place and have full authority over all creation. The Bible describes it this way: "You said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven. I will make myself like the Most High'. But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit" (Isaiah 14:13-15). Satan is a deceiver, and someone has said that Satan's greatest deception is to make people believe he doesn't exist! Don't make that mistake. Realize that most of all he wants to deceive you about Christ and your need of him. Jesus came "to destroy the devil's work in your life. Turn to Christ and open your heart to him, for only he can forgive you and give you the hope of eternal life."

I thought Jesus promised us peace. How can both of these be true? It seems like a contradiction. - S.N."

"Dear S.N.: No, it isn't a contradiction because God truly can give us inner peace, no matter what is happening to us on the outside. When we know Christ, we can have peace even in the midst of life's storms. Yes, on one hand we are in the midst of a spiritual battle, and we always will be. After all, Satan is absolutely opposed to anything God wants to do, including everything he wants to do in our lives. This is why the Bible urges us to "be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith" (1 Peter 5:8-9). Christ also promises us peace, a peace that comes from knowing we are his and that nothing "in all creation (including Satan), will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:39). Once we realize his great love for us, we can experience "the peace of God, which transcends all understanding" (Phillippians 4:;7). Seek to grow in your relationship to Christ through fellowship with other believers, through prayer and through his Word. When you do, his peace will rule in your heart, no matter what comes your way."

But what do you think is his greatest trick, or his main way of working? How does he get so many people to follow his ways, without them even being aware of what they are doing? - H.S."

"Dear H.S.: The Bible calls Satan "a liar and the father of lies" (John 8:44). That is his chief way of working - by persuading people that what he is saying is true, when in reality it is a lie. The Bible calls Satan a deceiver (see Revelation 20:10) who blinds us with his lies, and that is his main method of working. How does Satan deceive us? He deceives us first of all by telling us God does not mean what he says. This is literally as old as Adam - for in the Garden of Eden Satan first cast doubt on what God told Adam and Eve and then branded God's word as a lie. "You will not surely die" (Genesis 3:4), he told Eve. Then he deceives us by persuading us that sin does not have consequences. He says we can live for ourselves and indulge our sinful passions and get by with it - but it is not true. God loves us, and Christ came to bring us salvation - fully and freely - by his death on the cross. Do you know Christ, and are you seeking to follow his truth (instead of Satan's lies) every day?"

The Devil/Satan, Mother Nature nor God are responsible for the problems on Earth. The curses to Man is because of Heterosexual Body Birth which resulted in loss of Selfhood, division, mis-bred bodies, killing, war, and Death. What kind of a God does Man invent that favors some of the Children of Life, denies others, and lets both sides in War pray to him for victory? If there was someone that encouraged Adam and Eve to reproduce by Body Birth, and claimed it would not cause any problems, we may find out with a review of old writings. Man through Body Birth/Original Sin, lost their One Equal Sharing Society, and the Eternal Physical Life of a High Tech Society. The extra population caused the Mis-use of the soil, and it was divided Unequally, to the ones that has the most power. Cain killed his brother, left home married someone from the Original Colony, and set up another Nation; Man has been dividing, intermarring, and dysfunctional bodies, disease, war and death has continued ever since. All are the results of Body Birth/Human Bondage and if we need a label for this, it is the Satan of religion.
