Hey,
look, animal pictures!
These are my parents' cats,
Ben and Jerry. I never figured out which is which, so to me they're
Fat Kitty and Thin Kitty. Fat Kitty is on the left. You can't
really tell because he's sitting up. They’re both around 16 pounds
as of Aug 3, 2001. The vet ordered them both on a diet, but as befitting
members of our family, they are not following the diet all that well.
Another picture of the cats
taken in the guest room at the parents’ house in July 2001.
These are
penguins at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. The penguin area is underground,
along with the underwater views of the dolphins, otters, and Beluga whales.
The other critters do not interact with the penguins, however.
This is one
of the many seahorses found at the Shedd. The seahorse collection might
be the most interesting parts of the entire aquarium.
And last, we must have a picture
of a turtle. Not quite a tortoise, but hey.
