Jan and I became engaged to be married on a Saturday afternoon in August, 1973. Some time that day, we stopped at the A&W drive-in in Lawrence, Kansas. I placed my 35mm camera on the dash of the car and time-delay snapped this photo. My, my, isn't Jan a sweet young woman!! She's even sweeter today!
